Facilitation

Creative Way offers dynamic creative facilitation and workshops using artistic activities to guide individuals and groups through a process of self-discovery and growth. By engaging in creative exercises, participants can unlock new perspectives, enhance problem-solving skills, and foster deeper connections with themselves and others. This method encourages open expression, innovation, and collaboration, making it a powerful tool for personal and professional development.

Creative facilitation at Creative Way is led by Jodi Cooper, who holds a certificate in facilitation from Facilitation First. Jodi's approach fosters a collaborative environment where participants can explore new perspectives. With extensive experience working with community partners like Loyalist College, United Way Hastings & Prince Edward, The Enrichment Centre for Mental Health, and Community Care South Hastings, Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session.

Through creative facilitation, individuals and teams can build stronger connections, enhance communication, navigate challenges and change, and develop innovative program ideas. This makes creative facilitation an excellent choice for team building or strategizing, helping groups to work more cohesively and effectively toward their goals.

We offer workshops based on specific outcomes as well as customized workshops tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals or organizations.

Let's work together to create a meaningful and impactful experience for your team!
