Delivery Method: Online via secure video conferencing platform.
Program Length: 8 sessions, each 2 hours, held twice a week for 4 weeks.
Cost: $400 per participant for the series, due on registration.

Workshop Host and Guide:
Jodi Cooper is an art therapist (DVATI), and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) through
the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is an artist, filmmaker,
mental health professional, and lifelong learner. She is also a Professional Member of the
Canadian Art Therapy Association.

Jodi holds an MA in Communication and she graduated from the Vancouver Art Therapy
Institute, with a graduate-level diploma in art therapy. Jodi has taught media studies
courses to Ontario college-level post-secondary students.

Technical Requirements for Participants:

A stable internet connection.
Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a web camera for online meetings (tablets and smartphones are not sufficient).
Access to a camera with video capabilities (cell phone, GoPro, DSLR with video, camcorder, etc.)
Basic technical skills for computer and camera use.
Headphones or earbuds (recommended for audio clarity).
A quiet workspace to focus and participate with minimal distractions.
Basic art and writing supplies (paper, pens, markers) for brainstorming and storyboarding activities.
Optional: digital or hardcopy personal photos, previously taken video clips, etc.

Provided Elements:

Secure video conferencing platform link for each session.
WeVideo editing platform (account provided for duration of workshop plus 30 days following the workshop’s conclusion to work on additional personal projects).
Access to printable handouts and digital guide.
